Shipping policy

Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, D.C. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please use a street address where possible.

Shipping cost
Free standard shipping on all canvas wall art.

Processing and delivery times
Every canvas is printed to order. Production takes 2–5 business days, and delivery within the US usually takes a further 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can happen, especially in peak season. For Christmas delivery, please order by December 11.

Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Your shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, including apartment, suite or unit numbers. Orders are sent to production straight away, so we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed. If a parcel is undeliverable or returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, it is not eligible for a refund; we can reship it once the reshipping cost has been paid.

Parcels marked as delivered
If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you cannot find it, please check around your property, with neighbors, your building's mail room and your local post office. If the carrier or postal service confirms in writing that the parcel was not delivered to your address, contact us and we will send a replacement. We cannot replace parcels delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 45 days after your order ships, contact us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Damaged or defective items
If your canvas arrives damaged, has a print defect or is the wrong item, email us photos within 21 days of delivery and we will send a free replacement. See our Refund Policy for the photos we need and full details.
